"Its okay its your first time, you can try on something else, scent again."Squirrelfur mewed.

(I needed a way to kill off Redclaw((Deputy)) soon and I found one, Reason: cause I don't like being leader and deputy at the same time in a rp, I like to let other people lead the clan.)

Wolfpaw went to try and smell for something else, but instead was interrupted when a cat yowled suddenly from the east. "Who was that?" Wolfpaw asked.

[☾ Moonstar ✰]

" Redclaw!" Squirrelfur shouted and runned toward the sound they heard. When she arrived it was too late, Redclaw was lying dead on the Ground."No..." She whispered."Wolfpaw, help me to drag his body to the camp, we need to report it to Foxstar." She commended and started to drag Redclaw limp body.

[Foxstar]

Wolfpaw nodded, somewhat shaken. The deputy was dead, and their was no sign that any other cats had been near..

When they arrived to camp , Squirrelfur rushed toward Foxstar. "Foxstar! Foxstar! Redclaw is dead !"She shouted.

[Foxstar]

Foxstar stood up from his relaxed position in the middle of camp, tensed and ready for battle, "Who killed him?" Foxstar said, his voice laced with anger.

"We... we don't know... we just heard him yowl in pain and when we arrrived he was already... dead... no trace of other cats."Squirrelfur reported.

[Foxstar]

Foxstar Climber up the Tallpine slowly, "A new deputy shall be named, I say these words before the spirit of RedClaw, so he may hear and approve my choice. Squirrelfur will be the new deputy." Foxstar named the new deputy. "Squirrelfur?!? She has barely been a warrior for a moon! The deputy should be a more experienced warrior like myself!" Another cat said. "I am the leader, I choose who is deputy and who is not, is that clear?" Foxstar asked angrily before leaving the camp

Squirrelfur stood silent for moment, half blushing and barely realizing what was happening. Her Deputy?!?! And then realized the the next hunting patrol was to be assigned so she raise her voice and said: " Adderfang, you will lead a patrol with Firepelt, Sharpclaw and Wolfpaw. Flamefur, lead a patrol with Brownstripe and Owlpaw."

[Foxstar]

Foxstar eventually found the place where Redclaw had been killed, he began to search everywhere, hoping to find a scent, a piece of fur, anything that could lead him to Redclaw's killer

"There is nothing here, Ill just have to head back." Foxstar said

Foxstar entered the camp, "Squirrelfur, are you doing ok? I mean being deputy?" He asked

"Yes ... "She said while blushing." I've just came to assign two hunting patrols." Squirrelfur continued.

[Foxstar]

"Good, If you need any help. Ill be in my den." Foxstar said,  guessing she was just nervous about telling others what to do, After-all Redclaw had been nervous when he was first deputy.

[☾ Moonstar ✰]

Squirrelfur thinked for a momment, and decided it was the time. She padded toward Foxstar's den. " Can I enter" She asked.

[Foxstar]

"Yes, go ahead." Foxstar said, "What do you need?"

Squirrelfur entered and sat in front of Foxstar. "Its that... I need to confess something. " She mewed ,blushing.

[Foxstar]

"What is it?" Foxstar asked, somewhat curious

[☾ Moonstar ✰]

Squirrelfur looked Foxstar in the eyes and said."I...I....._{love you.}"She whispered the end and then bent her head down.

[Foxstar]

"...." Foxstar mumbled something under his breath, he didn't know how to respond to something like that.(I should write a fanfiction on this!)
